Background
This 1930's semi detached property in Worcester is our very own flagship energy home. We want to demonstrate a variety of real life heating systems installations in this city home. The property also has a customer area for Worcester's training team to use and show the systems in situ.
The ground source heat pump has a 80m deep bore hole installation and provides the property with all their heating and hot water requirements. The second system installed in the property is a condensing system boiler with solar panels. As this is far more tech than you would normally require in a semi detached property we switch systems throughout the year.
Renovation
This property underwent a complete renovation and energy makeover. With the heart of the homes heating and hot water taken care of with our Worcester products we looked into other energy conscious manufacturers and chose products based on their eco credentials.
