Mr & Mrs S live in a small village outside Worcester. The detached victorian property has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 1 ensuite, 2 downstairs toilets and a swimming pool used in the summer months. Mr S is a Company Managing Director and Mrs S looks after the house and gardens so spends time in the house during the day. They have grown up children who live elsewhere but occasionally visit with their grandchildren.
This property is used for demonstrating the advanced high efficiency and renewable technology systems which are working to significantly reduce their energy consumption and improve their carbon footprint. The property is equipped specifically for installers, specifiers and other other domestic heating and hot water industry professionals with use of its own Renewable Technology Training Pavilion.
